I'm Laura, from ZalaHeart Yoga. I've been teaching for 6.5 years and bring elements of lightheartedness and intelligence into my teaching style, allowing fun and growth for each individual. I aim to guide you from one pose to anothers with encouragement and compassion. It is my belief that yoga is a toll that has the power to change the world, even if that is merely the world within us.
